The vegetation in Ken-marubi is a mixed forest of Japanese red pine and broad-leaved trees"

All cameras were installed approximately 1 m above the ground... We did not use any bait. In Araya, camera IDs #1 to #8 were installed (Sep. 16, 2012~ Nov. 9, 2012), and in Ken-marubi, camera IDs #9 to #15 were installed (Sep. 15, 2012~ Nov. 9, 2012)"
